彻底否定中共暴政之后，以全民公决的方式通过《联邦中国宪法》（草案），是中国民主建政的重大步骤。《中国国策与权力监督会议》组建制宪委员会的主要目的之一，就是为未来通过全民公决创建现代法治提供一部符合中国发展要求的《联邦中国宪法》（草案）。在此，我们呼吁有志于中国宪政民主事业的人士，志愿加入制宪委员会，参与拟制《联邦中国宪法》（草案）的工作。志愿者请通过电子信箱进行联系（信箱：yuanhongbing@chinainterimgov.org ）。
